Improvement of diagnostic methods of reproductive health disorders in women of early reproductive age with sexual dysfunction and hypoandrogenism

Female sexual dysfunction (FSD) is a global health problem. This multifaceted problem that requires the coordinated interaction of many neurotransmitters and hormones, both central peripheral. In young women with reproductive problems, first clinical signs future imbalances manifest in adolescence. Disruption adaptation mechanisms at this age leads to activation polymorphic genes, resulting multifunctional disorders women’s future. particular, role vitamin D deficiency as trigger formation immune‑hormonal noted, including methionine metabolism accumulation excess homocysteine cells. Therefore, improving methods diagnosing early hypoandrogenism can be considered method preventing conditions them for fertility disorders, decreased ovarian reserve, infertility.
 Objective — improve diagnose hypoandrogenism.
 Materials methods. The research included 20 symptoms FSD (group I) healthy II). hormonal background was determined on 5—7th day menstrual cycle all examined women, levels thyroid‑stimulating hormone (TSH), antibodies thyroid peroxidase (TPO‑Ab), D, homocysteine. IBM SPSS Statistics version 25.0 software used statistical processing obtained data.
 Results. Vitamin significantly raised probability luteinizing (LH) (R2=0.705; p<0.001), estradiol (R2=0.320; p=0.022), free testosterone (R2=0.419; p=0.007), dihydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA‑S) (R2=0.697; p<0.001) increased prolactin (R2=0.691; 17‑OP (R2=0.748; p<0.001). Hyperhomocysteinemia did not affected changes these hormones (p>0.05), but increases FSH (R2=0.376; p=0.012). Moreover, it established high TSH elevation rates (R2=0.561; p=0.001) hormones: (R2=0.357; p=0.014), LH (R2=0.626; (R2=0.451; p=0.004), (R2=0.587; DHEA‑S (R2=0.661; TPO‑Ab serve significant predictor (R2=0.675; p<0.001).
